You should have got a cd with the ipod when you bought, if you didn't, either take it back or maybe go online to the itunes site and maybe you can download the program from there.

Your Ipod comes with Itunes, you can also use limewire to download songs for free, then limewire puts them into your Itunes library.

you usually get a cd with ur ipod, but theres usually a more up2 date version on the apple website www.apple.com/itunes

all u have to do is go to apple.com click on iTunes+iPod and download iTunes for free
