all you have to do is call your auto part store like Auto Zone or someone and they will tell you.

this is for 1991 to 2000 models
stage 1 55 to 65 nm
stage 2 85 to 95 nm
stage 3 after 5 minuets 115 to 125 nm

You will need to go to the parts store and buy a manual. I hate to think that you might have tore into it without one.

200 ft lbs. it is a diesel with high compresson.
