I would say to the best friend- " I hope you have room for the both of you at your house, and by the way- I need a new bed"

First scream for about a minute mainly variations of the vowel "A", I guess and after that/directly - "Get dressed. We need to talk." If we don't discuss the problem frustration will grow and with that "the dark power" - anger, desire to hurt them, aggression, obsession. More than that- you can find out what the problem was, why did that happen, make them understand what they did, feel uncomfortable and guilty, for how long did that go on and all that before you throw them out of your home and life.
If you go out- they'll probably go on, get dressed, think of a scenario, which to present. If you hurt them, you'll stay in jail because of these bad , really bad people and your life will be ruined for nothing.

Intelligence says, you should keep quiet and let them speak for themselves. After all, they are the ones that did wrong to you.
After that, do whatever you wish to do. Be it pummeling your best friend or just walk away from the scene.
Never let anger speak for you, you'll always regret it later.
