I have been with a beautiful woman for the last 2 1/2 years. When we first started dating, the sex was amazing. Lately, it seems that we have fallen into a rut. It seems as though we keep doing the exact same thing. Ive tried to throw some foreplay in there, but she doesn't seem into it. I want to tell her that things are getting, well, boring, but I don't want to hurt her feelings. Any suggestions on how I might be able to change this?

you need to talk to her and tell her how you feel.....keep trying new things...It takes work to keep a relationship and your sex life fresh and interesting and it also takes both of you working at it...that cannot happen unless you can talk about things...tell her what you'd like and ask her about her likes and dislikes...you must be open and honest with each other....good luck

Keep trying the foreplay and talk with her and be honest don't degrade her or anything if you have something you would like to try say hey I have been wondering would you like to try this and open some doors slowly.Sex does get boring with the same person after awhile but it can be spiced up alot.Candles,buy her some new nightie try doing it in different places like go to hotel for a weekend that has a hot tub.Just a few suggestions.Good Luck

guys are very into foreplay, but usually if its stimulating them. oil usually helps a lot. and that's something that men won't mind rubbing you down with. all over your back and butt will make it shiny, slippery and hotter in the eye of the man. put tons of lube on his penis too while giving him a hand job. if you try to dominate him for the foreplay, just don't tease him too much. other then that, warm yourself up before the sex and he shouldn't mind the roses and candles if it makes you feel more horny. If you love her and she loves you, there should not be a problem with being open and honest about your sexual relationship. After all it takes two to make it exciting. It is not just her it is both of you and if you present it to her in this way the two of you can find ways together to make it more exciting and interesting. Search the Internet together, there are tons of ideas like role playing, toys, and romance the list goes on and on. The key here is to discuss the situation and explaining that you feel you could do more to spice up the relationship if you knew what she likes. Just talk to her, It shouldn't hurt her feelings, Chances are she feels the same way..If you feel this way then she might also! There are lots of ways to spice up the sex life,try different positions,oral,Lots of foreplay,Set up a romantic evening with candles ect, Take her away for the evening or weekend ..

Ask her to marry you - that will get excited again. She may not be saying that - but after 2 1/2 years she must be thinking it. However, you do need to talk to her - I think you will find she is feeling the relationship is going stale - you need to do something to change the relationship.

Try this: a lot of couples in our area are doing this all of a sudden, it's sort of a "pick me up winter" sort of thingy.
They rent a room at the local "Days inn" it has a pool and a sauna, along with T.V. and, they bring thier own prtable with porno movies, some of them do, not all.
The pool and sauna, the week end get away is all it takes sometimes.
