Bluetooth is hardware/hardwired into cell phones, it can't be downloaded or installed after the fact.
There are Bluetooth phone adapters out there available but it's not really worth it because it's just going to add more bulk to your existing cell phone.
Basically how it works is - the Bluetooth transmitter/receiver plugs into the headphone jack of your cell phone [IF it has one] - [on average they're about the size of (2) 9 volt batteries]. Next thing you have to buy is a compatible Bluetooth headset and you should be up and running.
If you're constantly playing games on your phone or thumbing through your phonebook or whatever - you'd better off buying a new phone with Bluetooth installed. If you put your phone in your purse or leave it clipped belt and then forget about it then you may want to go this route. With this setup your more prone to having the adapter accidentally pulled or being caught on something.
Good Luck

No. Bluetooth is a technologies that incorporates a hardware element. it isn't a pc application like java. Bluetooth quantities to a low-potential privately tuned FM radio transceiver. it is going to deliver and get carry of archives with different Bluetooth contraptions in effortless words... If the transmitter/receiver isn't on board, then no longer some thing on the earth will make it artwork.
