My question relates to theoretical physics.
Since most phenomenon can be explained in terms of energy and not mass,
And since Einstein already asserted that matter and energy are equivalent, my question was is it possible that the concept of matter and mass is simply wrong and everything in the end of the day is energy.
The periodic table for example is build around the concept of mass, but it fails to explain how is it possible that two consecutive elements show completely different characteristics, and even different isotopes of the same element can be very much different.
Maybe a periodic table based on energy could make a lot more sense and help explain many phenomenon.
