Its fine for rats. I give my lot weetabix with warm soya milk(dont use cows milk as they are intolerant and will ger upset stomachs) and they love it. They get it dry when I run out of other cereals to put in their dry food mix. Most cereals are fine, getting the economy versions are usually best as they have the lowest sugar and fat content.

Weetabix is a fine food for rats, along with a wide variety of different foods, for a healthy, well-balanced, diet
If you would like to put a "milk" on the cereal use Rice milk.
Unfermented soy products like soy milk have been found to contain estrogen-like hormones which in turn may be one of the contibuting factors in the production of mammary tumors.
Cow's milk is also not good because many rats are lactose intolerant.

Chocolate is ok for rats and does not affect them like it affects Dogs and Cats.

It's fine. You could even soak it in a bit of milk, that won't do any harm.
In response to Shell B, chocolate doesn't kill rats, all of mine have had chocolate as a treat every now and again and it has had no adverse effects.

well i don't know whether they will like it or not but i do know that rats always like to chew or gnaw or nibble on things so giving them witabix won't hurt them one bit coz they'll just chew it down to sawdust
