I don't know any sites like that for free, but there used to be a site somewhere (I can't find it now, sorry!) that had 'real women' (not porn stars) in softly-lit rooms on their beds, to very gentle, romantic music masturbating 'their own way' (i.e. however they do it themselves, not just for the camera), with lots of long shots and body shots (not just focusing on the genitals), that was a pay site but sounded absolutely fantastic if you're into that sort of thing.
