How do I enable WMA PLAYBACK on my PSP if I don't know how to get a connection?

I am trying desperately to get WMA songs on my PSP. I've gone to SETTINGS, SYSTEM SETTINGS, ENABLE WMA PLAYBACK. But then it tells me I have to connect to the internet and send the User Agreement that i agreed to. It says it will connect to the internet, then tells me I have to create and network connection to continue.

I have no idea on how to make a new connection and I can't find my instruction manual for the PSP. It says it is looking for WLAN settings and its looked for SSID ACCESS POINTS. WTF?? PLEASE help me out, I have no idea how to do it and all my songs are WMA files!!

Its trying to connect to a wireless internet connection to do it.
