Ah you covered the 2 basic food groups. Caffeine and nicotine.
I would have a Carmel funnel cake, 2 sausages, a large triple espresso Carmel machiatto. 2 soft scrambled eggs and a banana nut muffin.

Actually same as you 3 smokes and working on second cup of coffee.

Last breakfast would be lots of coffee, Harvest Nut Pancakes (no syrup, just butter) at IHOP, and an unending glass of ice cold milk.
