Why some people can't keep a secret and why some can???
How about you and WHY???

I sure can.
Some people get some sense of power in knowing they have "secret information". I think, though, people who have that come to realize that nobody else will know they have that power unless/until they become the all-important first person to tell the secret information.
Maybe some people just have an immature thrill when they share a secret.
Mature, well adjusted people can easily keep a secret without being tempted in the least to share it.

Some people feel the urgency to tell a so called secret because it directs attention on them when they are revealing it. People who can keep secrets don't need the spotlight on them quite so much.
