From what I have read, most of the gas is produced in your intestines by bacteria.
You should be able to minimize the gas by doing a parasite cleanse.
You can get the exact recipe from Dr Hulda Clark's book: The Cure For All Diseases.
You will need a significant amount of the active ingredient from Black Walnut hull whether in powder or tincture form.
You will need a large dose of wormwood
and a large dose of cloves.
Personnally I got each of these from a healthfood store in capsule form and took 7-10 capsules of each for a few days.
You can Find Dr Hulda's book on Amazon.com and the herbs you can find at: http://www.superb-vitamins.com
I hope this helps...

Ginger has antispasmodic/ carminative properties which is great for the digestive system. Consider purchasing some ginger essential oil (can be bought from Holland and Barrett or Boots) and massage into the stomach area (not forgetting to blend into a base oil before putting onto the skin ) or alternatively..try munching on ginger biscuits!

Sounds like fermentation in the gut. Try cutting out sugar, beer, beetroot, sweetcorn and yeast extract. (Whisky and glucose are OK!) Eat plenty of real yoghurt (not the sugary flavoured stuff). If this cures the problem, you can probably go back on the sugar etc if you keep taking a probiotic like the yoghurt based drinks or tablets.

You probably have a food intolerance. I would suggest trying to identify those foods that make it worse and cutting them out.
A nutritionist will be able to give you advice about a proper exclusion diet.
Wheat and dairy and the most common problem causing foods.

Go to health food store; buy liquid yogurt called Kefir. Naturally diminishes gas due to digestive enzymes. Very nutritious, too.

Digestive enzymes and probiotics are often helpful. Peppermint and chamomile tea, enteric coated peppermint oil capsules, and simethicone are helpful with gas problems.

Charcoal supplement will work great. Best thing is to find out what's causing it and prevent it. Avoid gaseous food and alkalise your diet!
