The one year ban is usually applied if there is a breach of labour law or contract. If the labour contract is for limited period, then its period should be followed. Otherwise the one year ban is applicable. However, if the labour contract is for unlimited period, then it can be terminated any time upon one month notice.

You may transer your visa to another sponsor instead of cancelling the visa. Nowadays the 6 months ban can also get cancelled for DHS 500. If your visa gets cancelled you may work for the new sponsor even before the expiry of 6 months, provided he bears the fees imposed for cancelling the ban.

So, why should you leave the country? If you cancel your 6 months ban, your kids won't face any problems. Otherwise they have to leave, too.
I would advise you to talk to the HR dept. of your new company.

Hi

I finished my studies in Dubai but because i was 18 i had to sponsor myself. In other wards if your children are below 18 and dont have jobs or anyone to sponsor them or if the company you work for does not agree to help you out with your childrens school education then they will not be able to complete their studies in dubai. Speak to your company about it and they will advise you in the proper way and tell you exactly weather your children may stay or not.

from ur name u seem to be a lady and if u r living witha family then ur husband maybe the sponsor of the kids . if that is the case then ur ban does not affect the status of the kids
now if uhave sponsored the kids then it would be advisable to get ur visa transfered under ur husbands sponsorship and then ur kids too
then u r free to leave ur job any time u want without the fear of a ban
