It depends on how busy the Internet is. you need to check your download speed in Bits per second (Bps). That is the speed you are receiving at. You also need to check your upload speed the speed you are sending at - usually much slower. the download/upload speed of the other person you are talking to affects the connection too. If you're receiving good and they are sending slow your picture may be poor or keep stopping. If you go to my 360 page find a link to my Home page of my website. There is a clock thing on there - click it and it will take you to a site who will check your download/upload speeds for free. I would give you the link to my home page - but some witch clicks the abuse button and I get an abusive email from the Yahoo Answers team threatening to close my email account etc.... So you will have to go the long way around or just type Mike10613 in to Google!

You mean the images you get from other peoples' webcams? Almost certainly down to the Internet connection being a bit iffy at the time.

it depends on your internet connection. If your up to dial-up then connection is pretty bad. get a dsl or much better a cable.:-)

Well maybe it's because some are broken and some are new. And you have to make sure that it's plugged in properly
