i am icai from india and further want to do cpa can i pursue cpa if i am bachelors in arts

first it depends on which state in which you want to be a cpa-different states--different rules. in texas (when i graduated, the minimum was 12 hous of accounting & any business degree)--then you have to pass the test for that state. good luck.
