I've found the simplest solution is not to look at naughty sites in the first place.

Seriously, the other advice given is all good.

a) To delete all history files, go to Tools > Options > History, and then clear whatever you want to clear.

b) To delete just some, open up your history and right click on individual sites, then delete.

c) To delete just the urls from your address bar (that's the real stinger when prying eyes come along), select the url you want to delete, and the hold SHIFT + DEL. It won't delete it from your history, but it will prevent the url showing up in your address bar again.

Open Internet Explorer
To Delete Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, History,
Click Tools->Delete Browsing History -> Delete the cookies and temporary files as well as history.

Follow these instructions
STEP 1: Click Start on the desktop.
STEP 2: Go to Settings.
STEP 3: Click Control Panel.
STEP 4: Double-click Internet Options.
STEP 5: Make sure the General tab is selected.
STEP 6: Click Clear History in the History box.
STEP 7: Click OK when it asks if you want to delete all items in your history folder.
STEP 8: Click OK at the bottom of the General box to exit.

Click Tools on your Toolbar,then click Internet Options, Under the General. you can find History,click Clear History. You can also use the History button on your Toolbar. Click it and a window will appear on the left hand corner of your monitor. Right click the sites that you want to delete and click delete.

The simplest option is go to the Tools in the menu bar select internet options and there u have many options like delete history, delete cookies, make it ur hompage etc... So, its up to u to delete whatever u don't want.

tools internet options and then click on clear history visible easily
if u wanna delete some of them not all
then open history pallete in the explorer and then right click and select deleate to deleate any site history

if you don't have Internet explorer 7 then you click on "tools"
(which is in the same row as file, edit, view, favorites, and help)
then click on Internet options, a windoww should appear near the bottom of the windo click clear history, then OK and your finished.

The only way to set up the thing to monitor is to buy a program or set up a site blocker in mozilla firefox. And if you do that he probably just wont use firefox and may still find a way to by-pass it. If he figured out how to delete the temporary folder then he's just gona figure out ways to get around what ever security you put up.
