Careful - it's possible to concieve at any point in your cycle, especially if you're irregular with your periods. But the time when you are most likely to be fertile is in the few days in the middle of your cycle, between periods - this is what's referred to as the 'rhythm method.' But unless you're prepared to take the chance of having another baby you really should look at some other form of contraception as well.
If the man doesn't like condoms, or they interfere with the natural process of intercourse, the woman can be fitted with one of a number of devices (coils, caps, etc.) or use the Pill - but none of these will protect you against sexually transmitted diseases, so be careful. And if after all that you have unprotected sex, it's probably a wise precaution to find a pharmacist or doctor who'll prescribe you the morning-after pill.

Most doctor do not recommend this method. It is the most risky method.
You can look it up on Internet it is call rhythm method. There are other method that are more reliable. See a doctor.

There are plenty of protection methods out there, you could wear a condom or she could start the pill have the needle in her arm or the bar in the arm, if you don't want to do any of the above DON'T HAVE SEX.......
