Not much! Unless you can prove that he took it, go buy another dog as your Korean neighbor more than likely has disposed of the evidence (your dog) as bow wow BBQ....

Only certain breeds of dog are considered edible in Korea. They are specially bred for the purpose and cost a good deal of money.
Perhaps you could throw in a nice salad on the side.....

lol... why not invite yourself to dinner unexpectedly tomorrow--- I bet it will be an honor for them to have you. I actually had dinner on Friday night with my Korean friends, it was really good food. I <3 Korea :)~
