1- Writing comment for related weblog wil help you. Try to find some related weblog and write some comments and introduce your product.
2- Use Email Marketing method by sending email to your friend
3- Write an article about your product field and introduce your product in it and send it to your friend or to some weblog to publish

Well you cant exactly advertise on the internet without a website because thats where the ads will go to.
You could add your company to some directory listings however (such as http://local.yahoo.com)

Look for websites where surfers may be interested in your product - email the owner and offer a deal if you can advertise your product.
