Please ask the customer care of the web-site giving your personal information as u submitted at the time of registration with the web-site,They can help u by allotting a new password 2 Ur account, and sending u 2 Ur alternate email id.
Only customer Care is 2 help u as the password tracker cant help u, because yoUr id is hacked.
After resolving the issue please keep the passwords safe and always log out ur account.

try forgot password and give details there u will get access once accessed change password and forgot password options
if the avove dosent work
send a mail to the administrater
