yea, its quite hard to be a doctor. if u wanna have 100% chance to be a doctor, u have to have good habits since primary school,working extremely hard since primary school,getting all top prizes in all the fields.as well as good at socialising.this ensures a doctor,however,once u become a doctor,although u can earn a lot,but u dont have any time for ur family.
a friend of my is a doctor,surgeon.he is really so busy,he is single,he has less than 7 hours for sleeping daily.no weekends for him,have to attend lectures.holidays are for studying.
well,good salary is really a pay-off for him.


but, u need to sacrifice so much.

A doctor is one of the toughest fields to study. It requires over 16 years of additional medical school AFTER going to regular college.

If you are in high school now, you should be getting all As and a few Bs, you should go very heavy in biology and math.

If you are in college, again, biology and math

If you really work hard at this you can get it but it takes a LOT of money and a LOT of effort.

I am going to study about Pharmacy and the previous module that I had taken on Pharmacy is not simple. I admit I was not very serious in my studies but among all the module I took that semester, Pharmacology and Toxicology was my poorest grade among all of them.

So, if Pharmacy is difficult enough for me, I think Medicine is going to be tougher. BTW I am a Biomedical Science student.
