I would like to make my own BINGO website!!?

Does anybody know what do I need to do?
I have bought a domain and I know that I need to find someone to design it. What else is there to do? Please help!!

You need to find someone to host your website, usually where you bought the website from. Also you need a gaming licence and to set up a company and agreements with credit card companies, neteller, etc. Its quite hard work. GOOD LUCK!!!
