My daughter's mom is falsely accusing me of smoking marijuana AROUND my daughter and is taking me to court to get orders placed on my visitation. She has done it before and I represented myself, but I wasn't ordered to a drug test.

OK, you are clearly having problems and those problems are effecting your kids. If you aren't taking drugs then why would you be worried about the test? If the accusations are false then submit to the test and then she will no longer have legal grounds to make that claim. Unless you aren't telling the truth......

Lets assume that you aren't telling the truth. Which make sense, because otherwise this wouldn't be an issue for you. So, why are you still smoking pot.....Oh, I know you can quit anytime. Its not a serious drug.

Whats more important? Kid or pot?

Yes they can order it, especially since a child is involved. But like someone else pointed out, if the accusations are false, why are you worried?

If the charges are false, what's there to worry about ? If they turn out negative, take her to court for the fake charges...
