I am debating on how to ask her, should it be all super romantic, with candles and a yummy dinner, or should I make it something "silly" like writing it up in the sky?
How would YOU like to be asked "Will you marry me?"

What is her personality type? Is she the tender, romantic type? Is she the outdoorsy, sporty type? Take the one thing that she loves the best and find a way to work it into your proposal.

something personal, take her out for a good meal and ask her over desert, a ring in her pudding maybe.

Something like writing in the sky or really public could end up being quite horrible if she is not yet ready to say yes.

I have dear friends from my church who were recently married. One proposed to the other during the organ music after worship. They are very involved in the church and dearly love our great old Victorian church organ...so it was appropriate for them.

You need something just as appropriate for you. Pop the big question in your favorite spot or during a favorite activity.

Congratulations by the way.
