If they also love you... wait forever. If they will never love you, you have to move on.

You don't wait at all, you continue your life, as usual, have your friends, have dates, do whatever you want. If they really love you too, they will come to you. Or if they don't know that love you them, tell them, and if they response, well and good. If not just carry on with your life.
One thing about waiting for someone is that in the meantime you might miss your sole mate, by not looking around or in other places. Good luck my friend, if I may call you that.
