When it boils down to it's simplest truth, a customer service deaprtment is responsible for knowing and delivering service, on time and within budget with a minimum of interuption. Good ideas to provide an employee opportunities to grow? Assign service improvmement project initiatives to solve various problems of cost or inefficiency with rewards and incentives based upon lowering costs or raising efficiency.
