I don't think there is a true way to tell anymore. If a girl "pops her cherry with a plunger" (ew) a gynecological exam isn't going to give you an answer. If it's been long enough for the sperm to be gone, the only thing an exam will tell you is that something was there, not what that something was. Likewise, tampon usage can also errode the hymen.
Your only way to tell is to trust the person's answer. Or start asking around, but that might upset them.

A gyno exam is sensible.
If a woman's lost her virginity a small portion of skin(the hymen) starts bleeding and falls off after the first intercourse.But it even occurs when women are subjected to immense training or exercise

iv alwayz heard that if someones hips are big then theyve had sex {woman only} becuase the body gets ready for a baby incase sperm gets injected hope this helped x
