Biking is great exercise, and if you enjoy it, you'll do it. No point in saying you should do something that somebody else enjoys. The exercise you do helps a lot more than the exercise somebody else thinks you ought to do.
There is no reason you can't bike every day, weather permitting, and most men don't have any problem with their testicles. If you don't feel comfortable with the seat you have, go to a bike shop, and they'll fit you with something that supports what needs to be supported and doesn't chafe. They'll know exactly what you need, and a little extra cost for comfort is definitely worthwhile.
If you can bike to work or school instead of driving, that's really the best, as you arrive feeling energized, and you don't "forget" to fit it into your schedule.
Don't forget to wear a helmet EVERY time you get on a bike. Your brains are pretty important.

The only hazard to your testicles during exercise is if you sit on them or hit them with weights. And those hold true whether you are fat or not.
So, feel free to exercise, get fit, lose weight, tone up etc. Just wear the right garment to hold the little thingies out of harm's way.
As to biking, that is a good form of exercise as are walking, cross country skiing and most other individual sports that use a lot of the body. One caveat though, you should go see yoru doctor for a complete check-up first to make sure you don't have any medical type problems that may limit the extent of your exercise activity levels. Progress in losing weight or toning up does require exertion and if there is a health problem it might need to be dealt with first so you can optimize the exercise.

Man you can bike ride but it shouldnt be your one and only way to eercise. You have to give your perinneum time to recuperate or you will pay th econsequences. I wouldnt bike ride more than twice a week. Fast walking and slow jogging seems a very good fat buster. Low intensity and long and drawn out... and frequent. The bike is good for stimulating the muscular system and leads to faster fat burning so dont stop it but yeah like I said you dont wantt o overdo it for the "boys" sake.

Just do what i do and throw the 'ol testicles' over you shoulder, you'll be fine.
P.S. make sure they dont bang against the back wheel, you may think rubbing is good but when your travelling about 10 km per hour, it aint good, it happened to me and now i only have 5 left...

There are special bicycle seats that you can buy that give you plenty room for your balls and perineal area. Check your local sporting goods store.
