OK, so not long ago, one night, my boss started calling me on my mobile while he was intoxicated, i answered in case it was urgent only to have him ranting on about naked girls etc, so i hung up, this was followed by at the least 15 calls in the span of two hours, three voicemails demanding i call him back- for no particular reason, two sms, both with obsanities and referals to f$#king his dream girl etc, followed by a MMS of a photo of his you know what- in errect state. I rang the owner of the company in which i work for and told them what went on, they have stuck up for my bosses actions and stated they are out of character. I have been put on paid holidays till next year. I have asked several times if i can return to work but have been denied.Clients have been told i quit. I really dont know what to do.. Im worried about losing my job etc. I have not pressed charges against my boss as i didnt want to ruin my companies reputation but now im having second thoughts..

this is really awful, and i'm sorry you're going through it...my sister and i have both experienced similar situations. if you are union, contact your union steward. also contact the civil liberties union. file a compaint with the human resources dept of your company. definitely consult an attorney. i hope you have saved the incriminating evidence...it does not matter that your boss was acting out of character. the company has no integrity to allow this to go on without some kind of punative action. i wish you the very best of luck. just remember it's not your fault, you didn't bring it on yourself, and you do not deserve to be treated like this. i bet you will discover there have been many incidents like this within your company that have been swept under the rug. they need to own up and be responsible!! also, document any and all interactions with every person in the company who are giving you any problems with the situation.

Save all the evidence you have of what happened, make copies and talk to a sensible lawyer. I don;t think you can press charges in a case where there is no physical contact.
If you want to keep your job write a letter to the owners of the company including some of the evidence, saying that you understand your boss has problems, but you are not willing to suffer for them, and you want your job back with a new boss. Add that you are enclosing the evidence to prove you were telling the truth. Do not threaten a law suit. I have seen women bring sexual harassment charges at work and the powers line up behind the man, and blackball the woman career. If you can get what you want without suing take it. If not make sure your case is provable, and the sue, but know you will pay a price so you need to win.

I hope you saved the picture of his *%@#!@. Get a lawyer and do not delete any numbers on your cellphone. Take a picture of the record to show your boss called you repeatedly after work. You might file an EEO complaint. The problem with an EEO complaint is it is easier to file than lawsuit, but harder to prove than a criminal case. A picture of #@$*! from your boss should be a slam dunk, but the US administrative judges can be kind of nuts. Make sure your lawyer will work for contingency.

Save all the evidence....
Then hire an attorny
If these guys fire you over this,... you will have the BIGGEST LAWSUIT they ever saw, and there wont be a damn thing they can do about it....
You need to get with an attorny now though,. and tell them what is going on,. they will then have the next step for you,.. but until you do,. .your work could be concocting a plan to get rid of you..

You should report him to the police. They can get all of the information from the phone company. By the way, you probably don't have a job, so do this as soon as possible.
