during this long waiting to start completely, the fan is working and i can open the cd rom except the cd writer.

try these:
1- press del and go to setup . run as Default setup .
2- change your 3.0v battery on your mainboard .
3- in the end update your Bios (Warrning : Bios Update is dangerus for beginner users )

This problem happens if you make some changes in CPU configuration or ram speed. May be you selected Boot from LAN. Then the system hangs and you should wait for a crach recovery. If you enter the BIOS and load defaults then after a system restart, it should work properly.

Once it's up and running try disk defragmentor, in under system tools. That should help, plus you should check for spyware, a great anti-spyware is AVG Anti-Spyware and it's free. Google AVG and you'll find out where to download it from. Then download it and it will probably update, then scan your pc. It could take awhile. I hope this helps.
