You really need to be more specific. It is not clear exactly what you mean. Do you mean converting on the power play? In what circumstance? International play? Is there a league?

I definitely did not know that Australia had a team, but Germany probably converts on their power play better because they have more experience. They have a long hockey tradition, whereas India must be relatively new to the sport. There are even a few German players playing in the National Hockey League.

Experience and lots and lots of practice are going to be the key to a better power play, if that is what you are referring to. Good passing and skating are essential. And someone needs to be gutsy enough to get in front of the goalie to screen him!
