Hi, my chart doesn't add up this month, the OPK was positive then my BBT became elevated 3 days later. (Usually rises 2 days later) Has this happened to anybody else? Do I trust the OPK or my temperature shift?
Thanks for reading,
Cass.

An OPK tracks the hormone spike that occurs just prior to ovulation, and BBT tracks the temperature change that happens just after. If you usually run them 2 days apart, I don't think 1 extra day is anything to be concerned with. Hormones shift all the time in a woman's body.
Think positive: one more day of trying!

This would help it's an example. I usually would get a false positive OPK . Make sure you do the temp in the morning to see if it's a true OPK.

trust your opk. it shows when the hormone is present and you should ovulate within 36 hours. good luck.

For the o.ok.s the try like has to as darkish or darker than the administration line, so neither seem helpful to me. That being reported, some women human beings under no circumstances get that definition of an excellent, and they take the darkest line they get each month as their surge. good success!
