You left out who long you've been Married... And which state you got married in... Talking to a Lawyer is best...
If you've been Married for UNDER 60 to 90 days and you just don't like him get a Lawyer and file Annulment...
If you've been married for 10 to 12 months and you have proof of him Sleeping with another Person get a Lawyer and File Annulment...Also can suit for civil action in some states against him and the person that damaded your marriage... Yes the other person is lible also...
If its over and past most time frames Just call a Lawyer File Suit for Divorce and Leave... Or Leave then file... If he signs and you don't have fight over stuff time frame is 25 days to 60 days depending on your state and filing system.... If you have to fight over Stuff takes as long as you both can't come to a settlement,,, Both of you have to sign when there is stuff to fight over...
Then ask God for forgiveness,,, Tell the whole story,,, Talk it out with Family,,,,,
Good Luck....

ok being a Christian myself I have heard your not supposed to get a divorce. What do you do if they guys is kickin' your face in everyday? Answer is- Get a Divorce! go down to your Court and file for Divorce! My mom who is an Evangelist got her divorce finished this Febuary! It took awhile but my mother had good reason to get the divorce! It would have been stupid for her to stay with my father! If she did Me, my brothers, and herself would not be here at all! So be wise and seek some councel at your church then at another church. Then have a person there with you when doing these things! It helps to have a good friend that will help you!

i dont know if you know this or not but the whole getting married in a church deal is only the show and tell of the marriage process!. the civil court marriage you two did is the only part that really counts. so yes, you will have to get a annulment before even considering dating others- or it can be considered adultery.

You may leave anytime you want, get a legal separation, file divorce papers but it probably will not be final in 2-3 months. Hang in there! Things will get better.

divorce is not an option for you, that is if you are a Christian, thought you would have known this. 2 months is not long enough time given. pray about this, ask yr God if He is pleased with yr decision. I will keep you in my prayers as well...
