What are some universal ways to let people, strangers included, know that I have love in my heart and I want to give it to them without strings or even validation?

ONE. Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully.
TWO. When you say, "I love you", mean it.
THREE. Never accept love if you can't give yourself in return. Never start a relationship you know you'll want to .

I think this has to be the best question ever. I myself am seeking to know the answer. I, for one, consider myself a compassionate person. In order to show to my friends and family around me how I love them, I spend time with them, ask them their feelings, make sure they're ok, and cook for them, ya, cook! Cooking to me, is probably one of the most sincere gesture of love in the world. You're spending your time and effort and concentrating all your attention and love into something. I do that all the times, baking cookies, cakes, then inviting friends over to share them with. You could organize charity get-together, cook for the homeless and underpriveladges, or even better, start a programme with your own initiatives.
At home in Malaysia, I have also been working in charitable organisations too. Offering help in homes for the sick. I think the smile on their face is a reward like no other.

a really good one that I've done alot, and that other people have done for me: when you are in line at the grocery store, and someone comes up behind you with fewer items, give them cuts. Let them go in front of you. Or if you are at starbucks or some other cafe-type place, strike up a conversation with the person behind you, and then, when you pay, pay for their drink too. You can always smile and be kind, and be patient, as well.

You're so sweet. If you want to share love with others, do that for people who don't have it. How? A hug, a good word, give advice; anything that you would appreciate too.

If you love them with all you heart then people can see this
They can see it in your smile, they can see it in your eyes
They can see it by the way you act around them. they can see by the way you will do all the little things with out being asked to.

You can try to give all your money to the poor. You can also become a caseworker with your state's children's services department.
