You should seek legal counsel.

That being said, without knowing what state you live in or what the facts of your case are, it sounds as though if the Dept of Ed. is garnishing your wages for whatever reason, they would have a court order to do so. If you're looking to prove hardship, the court is probably looking towards the equity of the situation before taking your wages away from you. You would show hardship in that sort of situation by showing that any deduction from your wages is going to prevent you from paying some of your essential bills. So if your budget is very tight, it should be easy to show the judge that your income is X, your expenses are Y, and any garnishment from your wages will cause you to starve.

On the other hand, if you can reasonably cut down your expenses by perhaps spending less than $3,000 per month on your hair, the court may take that into consideration as well.

If its a student personal loan that would nicely be a difficulty, the time for negotiations replaced into beforehand they extra the garnishment. you need to work out a criminal specialist for a unmarried consultation except that i will't imagine of a few thing you need to do except call them, and that i'm hoping you probably did not favor to come back right here to hearken to that one.
