I like Jonah very much. I also really like Nathaniel, but with Jonah I think I would like Lucas best. Be sure to put them all with your last name to get the full effect. Names need to have a kind of flow to them, so don't forget to try them to hear how they all go together. Good luck!

I'm kind of partial to Jonah Nathaniel. It has a nice ring to it.
Lucas:Greek-illuminating
Nathaniel: Hebrew-Given
Gabriel: Hebrew- Man of God
The meaning for Lucas is the best though. It's all up to you really, Jonah Gabriel would be something of a double Christian sounding name, too much even? Keep in minf this is from my pocket baby names book, so not too much info to delve into.

I like the name Jonah Lucas. The others are nice, but are a lot of syllables.
