In my experience a feeling is not enough, ask yourself.
If you saved for a whole year for a new stereo, and your partner needed money to go to school, would you give it?
If they said, " I have to go to the other side of the world to persue my career, and this is the only job I can get to fulfill my dream", and you couldn't go, would you love enough to let go?
If they asked you to wait three years until marriage for the consumation, would you?
If you would truly agree and say yes to doing these things, I'd say there is a strong possibility you love this person.
I say, "Possibly", as no person can truly know how another truly is.
Not as good but, Another test is; Ask yourself HONESTLY,
Will you truly DO your best to accept your partner as they are, add to their happiness, and share in their sorrows, without trying to change who they are?
Love is about giving, not getting. Accepting, not demanding. Compromise, not intolerance. Honesty, friendship, respect, and trust.
The qualities of friendship, respect, and trust are truly earned not freely given, therefor take a period of time to really happen between a couple, and none of them can happen without honesty. People truly in love say, I love you more every day, even after 50 or 60 years. Their trust, honesty and respect, allows them to continually grow more in love. The feeling of love can come instantly, however true lasting, love grows slowly over a lifetime.

When all you can do is think about that 1 special person all day and all night, always wanting to be together,when your heart does alot of pitter and pattering 'We are so lucky God granted us those feelings from time to time , Don't you think the same! It's a feeling that is hard to explain because you feel so many different way's that you think your gonna combust. Just follow your heart, and let it decide for you! Best of Happiness sunnydays

when you cant stop thinking about them, wanting to see them alot, willing to give your life to them, and when you fell about this way for one person no one else.
