There are a couple of ways actually...
Firstly, and most cheaply, get a tape to stereo jack adaptor. My brother bought one for his MP3 player. It looks like a tape, goes in the tape slot, but has a cable to the headphone socket. His cost about £5 ($10)
Secondly, and a bit more reliable, you can get an FM transmitter. You just plug it into your iPod and select a frequency, then select the same frequency on your radio, and the music from your iPod will be transmitted at that frequency. And if you're based in the UK, they're sort of legal (grey area at the mo, due to be legalised very soon)

Yes,you can listen to it through your car speakers.
It's easy.Just go to a nearby car electronics shop and ask it.

you can use a Mp3 adapter that have shape like cassette, but it's just have the head tape above.
