Okay, well ... I want to propose on Christmas day and everything and I know how I'm going to have her find the ring. I just don't know what to say besides for "Will you marry me?" Please help..

Tell her that she is the one you want to spend the rest of your life with if she will have you. Tell her she is everything you have ever wanted in a woman and you want to spend the rest of your life making her happy... then pop the question. By then, she will have melted like butter...

After she finds the ring. you could say something along the lines of "i took this ring around the world to find someone to spend the rest of my life with, but i found no one better to spend it with than you"
or instead of using words...you could have "will you marry me" written on a piece of paper and tape it to the wall....and have a christmas present covering that part of the wall.......and after she gets the ring... just be like "okay..that present next"
