Locklyn is different which I like. It sounds good and when you see it it looks good.

I think of Bailey as a girl's name. Declan I do not like, don't know why, it just doesn't have a good ring to it. Noah and Jack are good if a bit predictable, the former being the less so. Locklyn is my favorite because it is so unusual and has a good ring. I am a fan of unusual but beautiful names. What would his nickname be, though?

Well Bailey makes me think of the alcoholic drink, Locklyn come on be serious, Jack very nice, Declan don't like it, Noah is a nice name but i could not call a child it. So for me Jack is the clear winner.

I love Bailey and Jack. Noah is also ok. I dont liike Locklyn or Declan. Jack Bailey or Bailey Jack would be cute.

Unfortunately, the girls have taken over the name Bailey. I like it a lot, but these days I think "girl" when I hear Bailey.
I love the name Lochlan, but PLEASE spell it that way! Spelling it phonetically looks contrived and pretty ugly.
I love Jack. Did you mean to type Declan? I love that name! Noah is one of my favorite names. It was on my list had my daughter been a boy.

Lockliyn and Declan anre a little too weird for me.
Jack is cute but too simple
So i'd go with Noah.
