We ate italian around 9pm tonight and left it in the car until 2 am, the temperatue is about 50 degrees. It is spagetti and 5 cheese fettachini. How long does food usually stay good, and do you think we left it out too long?

If you heat it thouroughly you should be ok. THat doesn not mean just warm, that means HOT. You will notice though that the cheese sauce consistency will not be the same. This doesnt have anything to do with good or bad it has to do with cheese separating as it cools and reheats.

Darn, why did it have to cream based?? I would think you are ok if the temp didn't go above 50 degrees, you refrigerated it when you found it and you eat it the next day.
