Gameboy Advance - How do you get the secret power on Pokemon emerald? Where do u catch a dioxys?

The Tm for secret power is found just north of the desert north of Mauville city. As the person above me said, there should be a boy in front of a tree. Talk to him and say that you'll make a secret base and he should give you the TM for secret power. From that point on, if you want it again, you can buy it from the market in Slateport city. Secret power is a normal type attack with a power of 70. However, it's special effect and the moves' animation differs depending on the terrain. Outside of battle, use it on a bush, a tree or a indent in a cliff to create an entrance to a secret base.

Deoxys is found on birth isle. You can either download the ticket to get there from an nintendo event or use a gameshark or similar to reach it. If you use a gameshark, you should warp straight to the island as soon as you go through a doorway, so be careful where you use it. You need to solve a triangle puzzle to actually get to fight deoxys though. It's at level 30 and when you catch it, it will change form depending on your version. On emerald, it will become the speed form. This form is the fastest pokémon in the game and has otherwise well balanced stats. It's moveset through level up is mainly based around speed, with moves such as quick attack, agility and swift.

1) Secret Power, head north from maulville and past up past the deserts northern area. There you'll find a boy standing in front of a tree. Talk to him and he'll talk to you about secret hideouts and give you the TM for secret Power.

2) Emerald you'll have to go to Birth Island which can only be accessed with a special ticket recieved in a nintendo event.

there's a very small threat you get Razquza in black. keep earlier you come back as a lot as him and ascertain you've alot of extremely balls, Pokemon that make the different Pokemon sleep with very severe speed like a gengar.
