Alien to the mother Earth. We may be aliens to the inhibitants of other planets, like they are for us.

Yes. Life does exist on other planets. You can figure it out for yourself if you do the math. If you look at the probabilities involved, given the size and age of the universe and other variables then *they* MUST exist. This is from the Drake Equation - a formula used to estimate the number of extraterrestrial civilizations -in our galaxy- with which we could potentially interact.
N = R^{*} x fp x ne x fl x fi x fc x L
where:
N is the number of civilizations in our galaxy with which we might expect to be able to communicate at any given time
and
R* is the rate of star formation in our galaxy
fp is the fraction of those stars that have planets
ne is average number of planets that can potentially support life per star that has planets
fl is the fraction of the above that actually go on to develop life
fi is the fraction of the above that actually go on to develop intelligent life
fc is the fraction of the above that are willing and able to communicate
L is the expected lifetime of such a civilization

Even If we use the worst case numbers for this;
R* = 6/year, fp = 0.5, ne = 2, fl = 0.33, fi = 1×10-7, fc = 0.01, and L = 420 years
N = 6 × 0.5 × 2 × 0.33 × 1×10-7 × 0.01 × 420 = 8.316×10-7

Then the result is 0.0000008 for this galaxy...

If you allow for all the other galaxies (over 100 billion) in this universe then there are currently at minimum 80000 civilizations in the universe right now.

So Why don't they come they come to earth then?

They do not come here (and almost certainly never will) because space is so incredibly huge that it would take longer than their worlds have ever existed to ever get here - and thats even if they could travel as fast as light.

If - They were much more advanced than we are and they could somehow use a technology which our scientists do not think can exist, to travel faster than light and get here instantly - they would still have to find out where WE are before they could decide to come here - and our planet is not special or unusual in any way that anyone could tell from far away.

To put it simply - as far as they are concerned it still looks like nobody is here -

Unless we are incredibly lucky and they are right in our local neighborhood - say about 50 lightyears (about 293,284,800,000,000 miles) - They would not even be able to detect any of the radio transmissions from our world yet - and the universe is about 16000000000 Light years across (about 93,851,136,000,000,000,000,000 miles) so if they are on the edge they won't know we exist for another 16 billion years.

It is perhaps possible, if they were vastly more intelligent than us they might be able to travel here instantly and be aware of us as soon as we existed by some means we do not yet know about or understand. But if they were that smart... then we would probably be about as interesting to them, as it would be for us to try to have a conversation with an earthworm or a carrot...

What alien civilization capable of interstellar travel would want to show themselves to people so less advanced as we are.
If they do stop in it will be just long enough to watch us kill each other over oil or religion or power.
They probably get a good laugh and go somewhere less primitive.
They would be looking for somewhere where there is intelligent life.

If aliens had the power to travel through space and visit us why would they come here, we have not acheived any major technological advancements toward space exploration, to them we probably look worthless and they will probably wait until we are ready and have something to share with them. That is if they do exist :P

Yes they are real as you and me, and as to why they come to earth? Its simple, for the same reason we want to go to space.
