Having trouble finding a heatsink?

Alright i got a new Pentium D 2.66GHZ, and yes we all know i want to overclock so i need a better heatsink, but i really can find any so my question is will a P4 heatsinck work on a Pentium D?

Have you tried Newegg.com?
I buy everything from them or Tigerdirect.com...But I have a Tigerdirect store here where I live ...their shipping is way to much
