and i feel sad

nothings wrong in my life it just...makes me sad

yes ,most definately .especially if it does remind you of something sad .

Yeah music will make you feel whatever message it is trying to convey. If I listen to Jacks Mannequin I feel uppity and good. If I hear some Starting line I start hating my ex girlfriends all over again. Point being music is your feelings, your mind will pick out what sounds good while your flipping thru those iTunes tracks. If your sad your body is going to want sad music and vica versa.

but in answer to your question yes some songs make you laugh, some make you cry with laughter. likewise some have the opposite effects.
and some combine all the above.

so find tunes songs that make you happy and listen to them.

I have to say, most definitely yes. There are songs out there that speak to my heart, feel my pain so to speak. The more I hear, the sadder I get. The same must be said of the feel good songs also.

absolutley! just like some music can make you fell happy, hopeful and inspired! words play a big part in our emotional state. listen to something with a POSITIVE message! and i dont mean religous music!
