No!!!! I am positive that Your Grandma can buy her own depends, how would like to get some pull ups for a Christmas present??? Your Grandma deserves a very nice Christmas present, how about a pretty pointsetta plant, and a grand Son that visits and respects her and her privacy. Best Wishes and Happy Holidays.

It really depends on what kind of presents she enjoys receiving. My gut would say no to the Depends, only because they're so utilitarian--she uses them every day for incontinence. And while it's a thoughtful gesture that I'm sure she'd appreciate, there's nothing 'presenty' about them, know what I mean? They're something you can get for her any day of the week.
Maybe something a little more festive and special? Presents for special occasions should be special presents, meaning not something so hum-drum.

No, that is not appropriate.
Just because she uses them it is not your place to give them. I mean are you going to buy your girlfriend maxi pads because she uses them?? Dumb idea...
Give her something with some thought in it, something special.
It doesn't have to cost much, just be thoughtful.
Does she read? What about a grandma brag book with pictures of you and a pages to add more. Then it's the gift that keeps on giving. What about one of those books that your grandmother writes down her memories from her childhood, etc. You will be glad to have it when you grandmother isn't with you anymore.
What a gift certificate to take her to have your picture professionally taken together? Something you both will treasure.

NO! I would stay away from that for a gift. Even though she may use them, it may be embarassing to her to recieve these as a gift. Also, she may really not want others to know she has to use them if there are people around that don't know. It may just really hurt her pride. I would find something nice like maybe a nice plant, her favorite candy or jewelry instead.

Though she uses them, she may be embarrassed to receive them as a gift. Unless she done something similar to you (like giving you fiber tablets for your constipation on your birthday) or is a big joke-ster herself, unwrapping a package of 'Depends' may hurt her pride. Consider, instead, giving her a gift card to place where she goes to buy them. It's good etiquette to stay away from toilet accessories for Christmas.

I suppose if they're not real cheap, it would be okay. It's just, I think grandma would like something from you she can touch and look at, and think of you. You can be a bit more creative if you tried.
Anything made by you is an instant hit!

Let her buy her own Depends. Get her something pretty and that she likes. I find your idea of a gift for her, rather disturbing.

If she uses them, I'm sure she'll appreciate them.
Good luck.
Edited to say that I think Shiomi below me is correct. It may prove as embarrassing.
