i'm going to ignore the demand for ten keys.
first a business requires LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. i'm presuming you want to practise what you know best.....yeah?
now you'll need a goood pocket book. apart from establishing the material business necessities and budget, you'll most definitely benefit from a goood accountant and a very good lawyer.
your own business acumen should be of admirable quality. and you'll need helpers.....employees...if you will. their acumen should also be sharp. your crew or team will be your most important asset you look after them and they'll look after you.
oh yeah ....it will be your job to get the clientele to come to your business via marketing and such, your employees' job to keep them coming back.

Your customers are your business look after them they tell others and so on.I have owned service stations and laundry mates and have done extremely well.Gave my Clint the best thy could get.Wone a free trip to Hawaii in one of my stations.
