I have the same problem look at what time it is now it is 2am. But I have found that if you get a rosary and learn how to pray it you will have blessed sleep. I guarantee it. I'm fixing to get mine and start praying which I won't finish cause I'll fall asleep. Hope this helps lots of luck. Merry Christmas

I think we all have insomnia :) I find doing repetative, easy tasks very mind numbing and help me to sleep. For example: I'm making my gifts this year, blankets. This puts me right to sleep. Or try taking a long hot shower/bath with lavender scented stuff, very relaxing.

Please apply gingely oil in the middle of your foot on both the legs before going to bed. In the next half an hour, after applying the oil, you will get your sleep. It is a good sleep you are going to enjoy. It is a proven fact. We use to apply to those who are tired of travelling.

try thinking somthing intresting, create a scene in your mind!
or if u hate reading, try reading a book at night !
or do some meditation!
