During anaerobic resperation by a facultative aerobe, does the Kreb's Cycle back up and then do anaerob or not

If for example, in a human muscle cell, oxygen runs out; does the Kreb's cycle stop immediatley, or only after the NADP's and FAD's are completley reduced. Sources please.

i know that muscle cells first use ATP stores for energy, then use creatine-phosphate, the muscle fibers then use oxidative phosphorylation(TCA) untill O2 runs out, then the cells switch to glycolysis for energy,
