i need to connect win2k server located in UK to 10 systems here using internet is i need to configure member server here? all the 10 systems are at the same place.. and i need to connect to sap server on uk server.

Configure RAS server on your 2k server from ROUTING AND REMOTE ACCESS which allows the dial in users,and u need allow user to use dial-in feature from ACTIVE DIRECTORY USERS AND COMPUTERS.
From client site configure a VPN connection as u creates a new VPN connection for Dial-out and put your 2k server IP Address in destination server.
Note: Make sure ur client computers are connected on internet and the server in UK has internet connection with Public IP Address.

You can't do anything from the client side until you get the proper information regarding the server. You need to know if you are going to be using L2TP, PPTP or IPSec. Some VPN's require that all clients use NIC's that offload the encryption, so they may need to support IPSec and 3DES. And what about the VPN certificates ?
